Information we collect
We collect your email and account details; profile information you choose to provide; posts, comments, reactions, messages, Circles, reports, appeals, and media you submit; notification device tokens; and basic service activity needed to operate and protect The Assembly.
How we use it
We use this information to provide the community, deliver notifications, prevent abuse, investigate reports, and improve reliability.
Sharing and service providers
Profile and post information is visible according to the audience you choose. Direct messages are visible to conversation participants. Authorized moderators may review reported content. We use service providers, including Supabase and Firebase, to host data, authenticate accounts, and deliver notifications. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, control notifications, block members, submit reports and appeals, and permanently delete your account and associated profile data from Settings. You may also contact us with a privacy or data request.
Retention and safety
Information is retained only as needed to provide the service, protect members, enforce our rules, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Some moderation and security records may be retained after other account content is deleted when reasonably necessary for safety or legal compliance.
Children
The Assembly is not directed to children under 13. Do not create an account if you are under the minimum age required in your country.
